Conditions of booking

Entrance to City & Guilds examinations must be submitted by Redford Charles Ltd by no late than six weeks prior to the exam date. Charges for late entries to exams are imposed by C & G, which will be passed on to delegates. The charge for late entry is £60.00. No charge is made if a cancellation, or transfer to a later course, occurs six weeks prior to commencement of the course. However, a 50% charge will be made for any cancellations received 5-1 weeks prior to commencement and a full charge will be made for any cancellations made in the week prior to commencement of the course. No refund of C & G examinations fees is provided after registration. Redford Charles Ltd reserve the right to cancel any course or venue at any time. If this occurs, the full course fee will be refunded to the delegate, unless a transfer to a later course can be arranged and mutually agreed.
