This Quality Management System qualification is optional, but is recommended in order for PV Installers to demonstrate their competence in this area when being assessed by the assessment body.
An understanding of both Health and Safety and Quality Management System requirements is to be provided in two additional one-day NICEIC courses, which Redford Charles Ltd will be providing.
