Course Information:
This course is provided for company group bookings with a minimum of 4, maximum of 8 delegates, to collectively attend the training.
This one-day course is aimed at mechanical operatives with limited experience of electrical installation work and is intended to ensure that they comply with the format, content and applications of the requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671 for Earthing and Bonding in particular.
The course covers topics such as:
- Fundamental Principles
- Protection for Electrical shock, basic and fault protection
- Selection and Erection of Equipment, earthing and bonding requirements
- Inspection and Testing, continuity of protective conductors
The course is designed to provide delegates with the necessary skills and understanding of the installation requirements for earthing and bonding conductors to comply with the Wiring Regulations (BS7671).

Training is delivered from our training centre in Strood, near Rochester in Kent (ME2 2LT).
