My experience with Redford Charles has been very positive indeed.

With tutors who have great technical knowledge and experience, who can only put across that knowledge, of which the tutors at Redford Charles do very well. After that, then its down to the individual.  The main thing I must mention was the response to my questions and queries as 24 hours never went by without a reply. At times, I got a phone call that very same day.

Attended the EAL Fire Detection & Fire Alarm Systems course; this exceeded my expectations, was well presented, well facilitated and the tutor James was friendly, helpful and happy to answer all questions.

I liked how everything was explained on the Awareness Day for Amendment 2 to BS 7671, the tutor had a very good understanding as expected and took his time to ensure we understood the content.

Lisa, after conducting business with Redford Charles over a number of years I feel it only just that I contacted you to let you know how valuable Redford Charles have been to Axis Europe. Redford Charles have had a good success rate with the personnel axis have sent to you for the varying levels and courses you run. We have even recommended you to some of our sub contractors who also comment in the same way as our PAYE staff that have attended and that being they feel there is sufficient level of knowledge being portrayed by your lecturers and the way that if they felt unsure about a subject when others had no problem, there lecturers would spend sufficient time with them until they understood the subject. So basically thank you for making my work load that bit easier and keep up the good work you all do at Redford Charles.

A good day as always. We had Scott as our tutor today for the BS7671 Amendment 2 Awareness Day. Good interaction and banter as always. Been educated by this company for years and they never let me down.

Just a quick email to say how much Lucy and I enjoyed the Emergency Lighting (BS 5266) course today.  James went out of his way to make sure he answered all of our questions and even spent time with us after the course had finished to make sure we understood the content.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all at Redford Charles, especially our tutor James, for the excellent instruction, guidance and direction given to us all for the City & Guilds 2377 PAT Testing training day; and to all at Redford Charles for the comfortable and secure Covid-19 conditions in which all our training took place.

The fact that all attendees passed the examination despite their own reservations is testament to the quality, excellence, thoroughness and professionalism of the instruction and guidance given.  I for one offer my own personal thanks to James for informing, guiding and helping me to achieve success in achieving the accreditation and also for helping me to attain the confidence to be able to conduct any testing I may now do with knowledge and confidence that I am doing the correct thing in the correct way.  I am sure that my employers will also wish to add their appreciation to mine.

We would like to thank you and Scott Harris for the 18th Edition course that was held on site and must say the feedback from those who had undertaken the course is exemplary. Having trained in and around London at various institutions I found Redford Charles is by far the best training facility there is full stop. Since attending for the first time back in 2005 I’ve been going back ever since. It’s organised, structured and friendly. The lecturers are excellent and have a vast amount of knowledge, everyone gets involved in discussions. I found it easy to learn with other students there and over time going back you see familiar faces so it’s a joy to return. So for those of you that love to learn and achieve new qualifications this is the place for you; and for others that don’t like studying you will enjoy it and get involved in the class and the banter. l have to date attended four different training courses at Redford Charles which have enabled me to extend my electrical knowledge with a greater understanding of new regulations, in addition I found all the tuition to be friendly and instructive.
